Shipment

Shipping and return of samples to Sibolab is free of charge within Germany. The return shipping label is included with the test kit. For deliveries outside the EU, we charge a postage fee of up to €15 during the order process, depending on the destination country.

Any extended delivery time for returns is generally not a problem. Breath samples are stable for at least 14 days after collection. Nevertheless, we ask that you return the samples to us as promptly as possible.
