Shipment

Delivery within Germany takes 2–4 business days.

Delivery to other European countries typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier.

We offer free shipping on all breath tests within Germany, including a return label. We ship via DHL.

If a shipment is not picked up and is returned to us, you will be responsible for the costs of reshipping.

Note: Customers from non-EU countries should please send an inquiry to info (at) sibolab.de.

International shipping is not included in the price of the test.

Shipping and return shipping of samples to Sibolab is free of charge within Germany. The return shipping label is included in the test kit. For delivery to other EU countries, we charge a shipping fee of up to €20 during the ordering process, depending on the destination country.

Please note: We do not pick up tests from customs.

Any extended delivery time for the return shipment is generally not a problem. The breath samples remain stable for at least 30 days after collection.
