Refund policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities:

A. Instructions on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

For contracts for the delivery of goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

For contracts for the delivery of data not provided on a tangible medium, produced and supplied in digital form (digital content), the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for such reimbursement.

For contracts for the delivery of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the provision of digital content if we have begun performance of the contract after you have explicitly agreed that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, confirmed that you are aware that by consenting to the start of performance you lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract in which the contract content, including the aforementioned conditions for the premature expiration of the right of withdrawal, is recorded on a durable medium.
